Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
Stir in the uncooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top and bake for another 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
