Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add onions and mushrooms, and sauté until soft.
Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until sauce thickens.
Reduce heat to low, stir in sour cream, and heat through (do not boil).
Serve over hot egg noodles.
Notes
Feel free to substitute Greek yogurt for the sour cream for a lighter version.
