Preparation Steps
Brown ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
Add beef broth and sliced mushrooms to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and add to the pot with the beef mixture.
Stir in chopped green onions. Serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce.
