Ground Beef Ramen

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 8 oz Ramen Noodles
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Green Onions

Preparation Steps

  • Brown ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  • Add beef broth and sliced mushrooms to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and add to the pot with the beef mixture.
  • Stir in chopped green onions. Serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce.
