  • 1 medium red bell pepper cut into squares
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Add chicken cubes to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread chicken, pineapple, and bell pepper onto skewers alternately.
  • Grill skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
