Instructions
Preparation Steps
Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the rice and sauté for a few minutes.
Add chicken broth, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook for 18-20 minutes until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Fluff the rice with a fork, stir in fresh dill if using, and serve warm.
