- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs about 12 full sheets
- 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 0.25 cup creme de menthe green
- 0.25 cup creme de cacao white
- 1 package marshmallows about 10 oz

Preparation Steps
- In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into a 9-inch pie pan.
- In a saucepan, melt marshmallows over low heat. Once melted, mix in creme de menthe and creme de cacao. Let it cool.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cooled marshmallow mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared crust. Refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours.
Notes
This pie can be garnished with chocolate shavings or additional whipped cream.
