Gluten-Free Ice Cream Cones

These gluten-free ice cream cones are crispy, delicious, and perfect for summer!

  • 1 cup Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
  • 0.25 cup Sugar
  • 0.25 cup Melted Butter
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Drop a spoonful of batter onto a non-stick baking sheet. Spread into a thin circle.
  • Bake for 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Immediately remove from baking sheet and shape into a cone. Let cool completely.

Notes

For best results, use a silicone baking mat.
