  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar adjust for sweetness
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 3 cups warm almond milk between 90-100°F
  • 14 tablespoons unsalted butter melted and cooled
  • 4 large egg yolks at room temperature

Preparation Steps

  • Mix the flour blend, yeast, sugar, and salt in a stand mixer.
  • Add almond milk, melted butter, and egg yolks to dry ingredients and mix until smooth dough forms.
  • Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
  • Divide dough into 16 pieces, shape into rolls, and let rise again.
  • Bake in a 375°F preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  • Brush with additional melted butter and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, use a high-quality gluten-free flour blend that includes xanthan gum or add it separately if your blend lacks it.
