Preparation Steps
Mix the flour blend, yeast, sugar, and salt in a stand mixer.
Add almond milk, melted butter, and egg yolks to dry ingredients and mix until smooth dough forms.
Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
Divide dough into 16 pieces, shape into rolls, and let rise again.
Bake in a 375°F preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Brush with additional melted butter and serve warm.
