Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and 2 tablespoons sugar. Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
Add salt, gluten-free flour, and milk to the yeast mixture. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Notes
These rolls are best served fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
