Instructions
Preparation Steps
Combine honey, soy sauce, Sriracha, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic in a bowl to create the glaze.
Marinate the salmon fillets in the glaze for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add sesame oil. Place the salmon skin-side down and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
Flip the salmon and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Pour remaining marinade over the fillets and cook until salmon is cooked through.
Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
