A delicious honey sriracha glazed salmon with perfectly balanced sweet and spicy flavors.

  • 8 oz salmon fillet
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Combine honey, soy sauce, Sriracha, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic in a bowl to create the glaze.
  • Marinate the salmon fillets in the glaze for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add sesame oil. Place the salmon skin-side down and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
  • Flip the salmon and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Pour remaining marinade over the fillets and cook until salmon is cooked through.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
