  • 1.5 lbs salmon fillet
  • 0.25 cups soy sauce
  • 0.25 cups honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, grated ginger, and minced garlic in a bowl to make the glaze.
  • Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the fillet generously with the glaze.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, basting halfway through with more glaze.
  • Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with steamed rice and vegetables for a complete meal.
