Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, grated ginger, and minced garlic in a bowl to make the glaze.
Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the fillet generously with the glaze.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, basting halfway through with more glaze.
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
