  • 2.5 lbs chicken breast cubed into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Garlic Parmesan Sauce

  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 12 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.75 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1.5 tbsp hot sauce adjust for spice preference
  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 cup fresh parsley chopped

Preparation Steps

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
  • Thread the chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers.
  • In a pan, melt butter and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant. Stir in Parmesan cheese, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and parsley.
  • Divide the sauce into two bowls. Use one for basting raw chicken and the other for serving cooked chicken.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high. Cook skewers for 5-6 minutes per side, basting frequently with sauce.

Notes

Ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F. Serve with your choice of side dish for a complete meal.
