Instructions
Preparation Steps
Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
Thread the chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers.
In a pan, melt butter and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant. Stir in Parmesan cheese, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and parsley.
Divide the sauce into two bowls. Use one for basting raw chicken and the other for serving cooked chicken.
Preheat grill to medium-high. Cook skewers for 5-6 minutes per side, basting frequently with sauce.
