  • 4 oz Pork Chops boneless, about 1 inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian Herbs
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, parmesan cheese, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush pork chops with olive oil and then coat with the parmesan mixture, pressing it gently to adhere.
  • Place pork chops in a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with roasted vegetables or a side salad for a complete meal.
