Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, parmesan cheese, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
Brush pork chops with olive oil and then coat with the parmesan mixture, pressing it gently to adhere.
Place pork chops in a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
