  • 2 lbs Russet potatoes
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Peel and chop potatoes into 1-inch pieces.
  • Boil potatoes until tender (about 15-20 minutes).
  • Drain potatoes and return them to the pot.
  • Add milk, butter, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of fresh parsley before serving.
