Preparation Steps
Peel and chop potatoes into 1-inch pieces.
Boil potatoes until tender (about 15-20 minutes).
Drain potatoes and return them to the pot.
Add milk, butter, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth.
Stir in Parmesan cheese.
Serve immediately.
