Instructions
Preparation Steps
Thaw the lobster tails overnight in the refrigerator or quickly in cold water if frozen. Pat them dry with paper towels.
Preheat your oven's broiler to high and position an oven rack about 4 inches from the top.
Using kitchen shears, cut through the top hard shell of each lobster tail lengthwise. Gently lift the lobster meat so that it sits atop the shells.
In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried herbs, black pepper, and red chili flakes, whisking until well mixed.
Brush the lobster meat generously with the seasoned butter mixture using a pastry brush.
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 10-12 minutes until the meat is opaque and slightly golden, basting once halfway through.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for a perfect finish.
Notes
Ensure not to overcook the lobster tails to keep them tender and juicy. Experiment with different herbs for varied flavors.
