Preparation Steps

  • Prepare the pizza dough following the package instructions. Allow the dough to rest at room temperature for 1 hour to rise.
  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C), placing a baking stone on the lowest rack.
  • On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to a 12 x 15 inch rectangle. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, combine minced garlic with salt and melted butter to create a garlic butter mixture.
  • Brush the garlic butter over the surface of the dough, then sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake the breadsticks for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Allow the breadsticks to cool slightly before cutting into strips and serving warm.
