Pat the steak tips dry with paper towels and season them with salt and pepper.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the steak tips to the hot skillet in a single layer. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned. Do not overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if necessary. Remove the steak tips from the skillet and set aside.
Reduce the heat to medium. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet. Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in the dried thyme. Bring the sauce to a simmer and let it cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.
Return the seared steak tips to the skillet. Toss them in the garlic butter sauce to coat evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the steak tips are cooked through to your desired doneness.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
