Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Tender, juicy steak bites coated in a rich garlic butter sauce. Perfect as an appetizer or a quick weeknight meal.
Prep : 10 Total : 25 minutes

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds Steak Sirloin, ribeye, or tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and black pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  • Add the steak cubes to the hot skillet in a single layer. Do not overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if necessary. Sear for 1-2 minutes per side, until browned but still rare inside.
  • Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
  • Reduce the heat to medium. Add butter to the same skillet. Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  • Return the steak bites to the skillet. Toss them in the garlic butter to coat. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve immediately. These steak bites are fantastic on their own, or as a topping for salads or as an appetizer with toothpicks.
