Tender, juicy steak bites coated in a rich garlic butter sauce. Perfect as an appetizer or a quick weeknight meal!
Prep : 10 Total : 25 minutes

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 pound Sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and black pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  • Add the steak bites to the hot skillet in a single layer (cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding). Sear for 1-2 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  • Remove steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
  • Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  • Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat them in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for another minute.
  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

These steak bites are best served immediately. They can be served with toothpicks for easy appetizer consumption.
