Garlic Butter Potatoes

Crispy roasted potatoes with a delicious garlic butter sauce.

  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 0.25 cup Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
  • Melt butter in a large bowl. Add garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss potatoes to coat.
  • Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.

Notes

Serve hot as a side dish.
