Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
Melt butter in a large bowl. Add garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss potatoes to coat.
Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
