  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts pounded to an even thickness
  • 2 teaspoons 21 Salute Seasoning or poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 0.5 cup white wine or chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic finely minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley optional for garnishing

Preparation Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pounded chicken breasts, season with 21 Salute, salt, and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes without disturbing. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. Deglaze the skillet with white wine, scraping up browned bits, and let it bubble for a few seconds.
  • Add butter to the skillet and stir until melted. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Return chicken to the skillet, spoon the garlic butter sauce over, and cook for 1-2 minutes to reheat and meld flavors. Garnish with parsley if desired.
