  • 8 oz Lamb Chops
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub the spice mixture all over the lamb chops.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add lamb chops to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness.
  • Remove from skillet and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve immediately with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
