Preparation Steps
In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Rub the spice mixture all over the lamb chops.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add lamb chops to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness.
Remove from skillet and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
