  • 2 lb Crab Legs Snow crab or king crab
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour For dredging
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Paprika
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil For frying

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, combine flour, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Dredge each crab leg in the flour mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Carefully place crab legs in the hot oil and fry for 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
  • Remove crab legs from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
