Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté onion until translucent.
Add garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Toss in the chopped cabbage, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
Cook until cabbage is tender, about 10-12 minutes. Stir in the cooked bacon before serving.
Notes
For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes while cooking the cabbage.
