Fried Bologna Sandwiches

A quick and easy sandwich made with fried bologna slices, perfect for a comforting lunch.

  • 4 slices bologna can use beef or turkey
  • 2 slices bread preferably white or sourdough
  • 1 tablespoon butter for frying
  • 2 slices cheese optional, American or cheddar

Preparation Steps

  • Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add bologna slices to the skillet and fry until browned on both sides.
  • Toast the bread slices in the same skillet or separately.
  • Assemble the sandwich by placing fried bologna on one slice of bread, add cheese if desired, and top with the second slice of bread.

Notes

This sandwich can be served with pickles or mustard for extra flavor.
