Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  • Pour the sweet potato mixture into the pie crust.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
