Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
Drop tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Notes
Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
