For the Chicken:
- 2 chicken thighs or breasts sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper

For the Ramen Broth:
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger minced
- 1 tablespoon gochujang Korean chili paste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust to spice level
For the Ramen Bowl:
- 2 packs instant ramen noodles discard seasoning packet
- 1 soft-boiled egg halved
- ½ cup green onions chopped
- ½ cup mushrooms sliced
- ½ cup bok choy chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon chili oil optional, for extra heat
Prepare the Chicken:
In a bowl, toss chicken slices with soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
Make the Broth:
In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
Sauté garlic and ginger for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
