Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
Layer thawed hash brown potatoes, ham, and cheese in the prepared dish.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Pour over hash brown mixture.
Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until eggs are set.
