This Farmer's Casserole is a hearty dish loaded with layers of ham, hash browns, cheese, and a creamy egg mixture, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

  • 3 cups frozen hash brown potatoes thawed
  • 1 cup cooked ham diced
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 units eggs beaten
  • 2 cups milk

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  • Layer thawed hash brown potatoes, ham, and cheese in the prepared dish.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Pour over hash brown mixture.
  • Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until eggs are set.

Notes

Let casserole stand for 10 minutes before serving for easier slicing.
