Instructions
Preparation Steps
Trim the brisket of any excess fat and coat it thoroughly with yellow mustard.
Combine salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and onion powder. Rub the seasoning onto the brisket.
Cooking Instructions
Preheat your smoker or grill to about 250°F. Place the brisket inside and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 205°F.
While the brisket is cooking, mix corn kernels with mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, and cheese to create the salad.
Sauce Instructions
In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, horseradish, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce for the white BBQ sauce.
Assembly Instructions
Slice the brisket, place on buns, and top with corn salad and a drizzle of BBQ sauce.
