Eggnog Jam Recipe

A creamy and spiced eggnog jam, perfect for holiday toast or biscuits.

  • 4 cups Eggnog
  • 6 cups Sugar
  • 1 box Powdered Pectin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

Preparation Steps

  • Combine eggnog, sugar, pectin, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large saucepan.
  • Bring to a rolling boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
  • Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Pour into sterilized jars and seal.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
