Preparation Steps
Combine eggnog, sugar, pectin, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large saucepan.
Bring to a rolling boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
