Easy Tuna Casserole

A quick and simple tuna casserole recipe perfect for a weeknight meal.

  • 2 cans tuna drained and flaked
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 cup egg noodles cooked
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup bread crumbs for topping

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, chopped onion, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and cooked egg noodles.
  • Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and bread crumbs.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.

Notes

Serve hot. This casserole is also great with a side salad.
