  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
  • Stir in the cooked rice, bell peppers, and tomato sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

You can add more spices to enhance the flavor according to your taste, like paprika or cayenne pepper.
