Ingredients
  

For the Dough:

  • 1 lb pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon flour for rolling out the dough

For the Filling:

  • ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ lb pepperoni slices
  • ¼ lb salami slices
  • ¼ lb ham slices
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional, for spice

For the Topping:

  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

For Serving:

  • 1 cup warm marinara sauce

Instructions
 

Preheat & Prepare Dough:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Lightly flour a surface and roll out pizza dough into a 12x14-inch rectangle.

Add Fillings:

  • Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the sauce.
  • Layer pepperoni, salami, and ham evenly on top.
  • Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.

Roll & Seal:

  • Carefully roll the dough into a log, starting from the long side, like a jelly roll.
  • Pinch the edges and ends to seal completely.
  • Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush & Bake:

  • Brush the top with egg wash.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning and brush over the Stromboli.
  • Bake for 22-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Slice & Serve:

  • Let cool for 5 minutes, then slice into pieces.
  • Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
