Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix softened butter with garlic, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, and crushed red pepper. Set aside.
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about 16x10 inches.
Cut the dough into strips and twist each strip into a knot. Place on a lined baking sheet.
Brush each knot generously with the garlic butter mixture and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese if desired. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
