Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, diced red onion, and green apple slices until well mixed.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving to enhance flavors and crispness.

Notes
For added crunch, stir in sunflower seeds just before serving. Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
