Instructions
Preparation Steps
Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes.
Drain hot water and rinse eggs with cold water. Gently tap eggs all over to create cracks in the shell.
Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
Mash yolks with a fork. Add mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves. Garnish as desired.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the yolk mixture.
