  • 2 cups carrots sliced
  • 2.5 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika for color
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder adds flavor depth
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional for heat

Preparation Steps

  • Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until they're translucent.

  • Season with paprika, mustard powder, cayenne, salt, and black pepper. Adjust for taste.
