  • 4 slices Irish cheddar cheese

  • 4 burger buns toasted
  • 2 tablespoons butter for toasting buns

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Form the ground beef into 4 equal patties.
  • Grill the patties for approximately 5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  • Top each patty with a slice of Irish cheddar cheese and allow it to melt.
  • Butter the burger buns, place them on the grill, cut side down, and toast until golden.
