Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the quinoa flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Add in the almond milk, olive oil, and honey. Mix well.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
