  • 2.5 cups quinoa flour ensure it's finely ground
  • 1.5 cups almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt sea salt recommended
  • 3 large eggs at room temperature
  • 0.25 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional, for a hint of sweetness

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the quinoa flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Add in the almond milk, olive oil, and honey. Mix well.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

This bread is best enjoyed fresh or can be stored wrapped at room temperature for up to 3 days.
