Deconstructed Watermelon & Feta Salad Skewers
A refreshing and elegant appetizer featuring watermelon, feta, mint, and balsamic glaze on skewers.

feta cheese
cut into 1-inch cubes

fresh mint leaves
torn or chopped

balsamic glaze
or balsamic vinegar reduced
Wooden skewers
Instructions
Preparation Steps
Wash the watermelon and cut into 1-inch cubes. Cut the feta cheese into 1-inch cubes.
Thread a cube of watermelon and then a cube of feta onto each skewer, alternating until almost full.
Tuck a small piece of mint leaf between the watermelon and feta on each skewer.
Arrange the assembled skewers on a serving platter.
Drizzle the balsamic glaze evenly over the skewers.
Serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, serve immediately after assembly. Can be prepped ahead of time but assemble just before serving.
