  • 16 oz Elbow macaroni uncooked
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese cubed
  • 4 cups Milk whole or 2%
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper to taste

Preparation Steps

  • Add the elbow macaroni, Velveeta cheese, milk, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper into the crockpot.
  • Stir to combine all the ingredients well.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Once the pasta is tender and cheese is melted, give it a final stir before serving.

Notes

Make sure to stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Adjust seasoning to your preference.
