Crockpot Pulled Pork

Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a small bowl, combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper.
Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder.
Place the pork shoulder in the crockpot.
Pour the BBQ sauce over the pork shoulder.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, or until the pork is very tender and easily shreds with a fork.
Remove the pork from the crockpot and shred it with two forks. Return the shredded pork to the crockpot and stir to coat with the sauce.
Serve on buns, tacos, or nachos. Enjoy!
Notes
This recipe is easily adaptable to your preferred BBQ sauce and spice level. Feel free to adjust the cayenne pepper to your liking.
