  • 4 pounds beef brisket trimmed of excess fat
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Preparation Steps

  • Place the brisket in the crockpot.
  • In a bowl, mix together beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture over the brisket.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until brisket is tender.

Notes

For best results, let the brisket rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
