  • 1.5 lbs Beef Stew Meat
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Diced Carrots
  • 1 cup Diced Potatoes
  • 0.5 cup Frozen Peas

Preparation Steps

  • Place beef stew meat in the crock-pot.
  • Add onion, beef broth, carrots, and potatoes.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until beef is tender.
  • Stir in frozen peas during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
