Crock Pot Apple Pudding Cake

apples, peeled and sliced
Use any tart variety, like Granny Smith.

sugar

baking soda

cinnamon
Instructions
Preparation Steps
Grease the crock pot with butter or non-stick spray.
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon.
Place a layer of apples at the bottom of the crock pot. Sprinkle with the dry mixture.
Continue layering until all the ingredients are used.
Cover and cook on low for 3 hours, until apples are tender and cake is set.
Notes
Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream on top.
