Crock Pot Apple Pudding Cake

A deliciously moist apple dessert made easily in a crock pot, perfect for a warm and comforting treat.

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups apples, peeled and sliced Use any tart variety, like Granny Smith.
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Grease the crock pot with butter or non-stick spray.
  • In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  • Place a layer of apples at the bottom of the crock pot. Sprinkle with the dry mixture.
  • Continue layering until all the ingredients are used.
  • Cover and cook on low for 3 hours, until apples are tender and cake is set.

Notes

Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream on top.
