Preparation Steps
Cook the sushi rice according to package directions.
Season salmon with salt and pepper.
Heat sesame oil in a pan. Pan-fry salmon for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.
Serve salmon on top of the cooked rice and drizzle with soy sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
