In a large bowl, combine the chicken tenders with olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place the chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Check if the chicken is cooked through. If not, cook for an additional 3-5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Notes
For extra crispiness, you can increase the air fryer temperature to 400°F (200°C) for the last 2 minutes. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
