For the Chicken:
- 2 chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces

- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
For the Coating:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional, for extra heat
- Vegetable oil for frying
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lime juice

- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Prep the Chicken:
In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Pour in buttermilk and whisk in egg. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Prepare the Coating:
In a separate bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
Dredge marinated chicken pieces in the flour mixture, pressing lightly to coat well.
Fry the Chicken:
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
