Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks.
Add sliced bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until they are tender.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat it in the sauce.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier dish, add crushed red pepper flakes when cooking the sausage.
